Prime Rib – a ten ounce cut of slow roasted prime rib served medium rare
Artichoke Chicken – our signature sautéed chicken with mushrooms, artichokes, and a white wine butter sauce
Pork Tenderloin – crusted pork tenderloin, served medium well

New York Strip – 12oz USDA choice cut, charbroiled medium rare
Chicken Oscar – sautéed chicken breast topped with blue crab meat, and a white wine butter sauce
Salmon – braised in a rich fish stock and topped with a thyme and citrus crème fraiche
